Breakfast is served until 0900, we will ask you to specify your preferred breakfast timing and menu selection before 2100 the previous evening.If you wanted to make a pre-dawn start I'm sure that we could organise a suitable tray / DIY breakfast. We are 'early birds' anyway so it does not really represent a problem.
